The alumni association of MRSM Gerik is known as the ANSARA Gerik (ANak SAins MARA Gerik). BATCH: Nasah2.0. Nasah2.0 is the official alumni for the 2nd batch of MRSM Gerik (SPM 98). They registered at Bukit Nasah on 28 March 1994 (1st intake), the same year the school was opened.
The college began its first few years as one of the first Maktab Rendah Sains MARA to be established by the organisation in 1972. 150 male students from all over Malaysia were enrolled in its first intake. During this time, the institution offers only the standard Malaysian curriculum for secondary students ranging from Form 1 to Form 5.

Sekolah Menengah Sains Muzaffar Syah (English: Muzaffar Syah Science Secondary School; known by its acronym MOZAC) is the first science school in the state of Malacca, Malaysia. It was established in 1973 under the Second Malaysia Plan as the first boarding school ( Sekolah Berasrama Penuh ) in the state.
The first principal was Asrokin bin Sanuji. His two sons, Azharuddin and Akmarizwan graduated from MRSM Terendak in 1994 and 1996 respectively when Mr. Asrokin was the principal at MRSM Jasin (now MRSM Tun Ghafar Baba), Malacca. MRSM Terendak had its Silver Jubilee Celebration in 2008.
