Angelina interrupts Monroe's and Rosalee's dinner to tell Monroe that he is her target. Monroe calls Nick, urgently requesting he comes over. Angelina explains that she has been hired to kill Monroe for $25,000 - if she fails, she will be killed. Rosalee tells Monroe she is leaving Portland for a few days and asks him to run the shop.
Meanwhile, in the spice shop, Eve (Bitsie Tulloch), Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) do research to find a way to kill Zerstörer. They find that "one's blood" may be enough to kill him and Rosalee begins developing a potion named "Force Du Sang", requiring the blood of three opposed forces: a Grimm, a Wesen and a Hexenbiest.
Hank receives a call about the plane crash and goes to the site with Renard, Monroe, Juliette and Rosalee. Learning of the incident in the bar, Renard, Hank, Monroe, Rosalee and Juliette head there to find Nick. Renard, Hank and Monroe enter the bar but Nick has left. Monroe then uses his ability to scent to find Nick's path.
Rosalee Calvert (played by Bree Turner) is a Fuchsbau, a fox-like Wesen. She is first seen in the season 1 episode "Island of Dreams" after her brother Freddy Calvert, an apothecary, is murdered. She comes to Portland to close her brother's "Spice & Tea Shop", but, as an apothecary herself, winds up running it, after becoming smitten with Monroe.
Monroe manages to stop the fight but his parents are now upset that their son has a friendship with a Grimm and leave. Monroe also tells Nick to leave. Rosalee ( Bree Turner ) is now in the spice shop, crying, until Monroe arrives to help her and planning on cutting ties with his parents for not letting them stay together.
He asks Rosalee to prepare an antidote. Noticing Rosalee is infected, Monroe decides to make the antidote himself. Gilko collapses in front of Nick and Hank, and they bring him unconscious to the shop. Rosalee attacks Nick, who renders her unconscious. They give her and Gilko the cure and both recover.
Meanwhile, Monroe and Rosalee receive news about their baby while Renard continues to be haunted by Meisner's ghost. The episode received mixed reviews from critics, who criticized the case of the week and the direction the show is taking towards its finale.
