National Route 116 (国道116号, Kokudō Hyaku jūrokugō) is a national highway of Japan that traverses the prefecture of Niigata in a southwest–northeast routing. It connects the city of Kashiwazaki in south-central Niigata Prefecture to the prefecture's capital city, Niigata, to the north along the Sea of Japan coastline.
The Kilometre Zero is located at Rawang, at its interchange with the Federal Route 1, the main trunk road of the central of Peninsular Malaysia. At most sections, the Federal Route 3209 was built under the JKR R5 road standard, allowing maximum speed limit of up to 90 km/h.
The service was extended to Kuala Kubu Bharu on January 5, 2008. It was further extended to Tanjung Malim on June 1, 2009, and the service was renamed as the Rawang-Tanjung Malim shuttle service. Rawang Bypass, Federal Route 37 [2] also known as Rawang–Serendah Highway, is a federally-funded divided highway bypass in Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia.The 10-km highway was opened to traffic on 28 November 2017 at 9.00 pm. Construction of the RM628mil Rawang Bypass began on 16 July 2005 and was completed on 21 November 2017.
