Can someone update me as to if/when NJ no longer requires an NJ 8879? Last time I filed returns (before 4-15-22) NJ 8879 was generated and was required to be signed by the client. Also, is the NJ efile authorization no longer required going forward Thnx in advance
The FAMLI program is a social insurance program with both employers and employees contributing to the fund that will eventually pay out benefits.
