I am clearly signed in, as evidenced by my profile picture on the top left-hand corner. I had no issues until roughly two weeks ago.
Sign that newly created account in Chrome then in Edge. See if the issue is also present in Edge. I suggest trying to reset Edge's settings and let's see if that makes a difference. Here's how: 1) Launch Edge. 2) Click the 3 dots. 3) Go to Settings. 4) Click Reset Settings. 5) Relaunch Edge, check if the issue persists.
