Go to apps in settings and make sure it is still installed. If it is still installed and missing from the Samsung folder, just search for it in your app drawer and move it back to the folder. @JD76: Can you confirm if you backed up to Samsung Cloud via the Samsung Notes app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop up window > Sync With Samsung Cloud? If so, follow the same steps to return to the Samsung Notes settings and select Import Data From > S Notes > Samsung Account to restore your notes.
It syncs to your Google account and so if your phone ever crashes or u get a new one, you can get all of your notes back, but if you delete notes on your own, it will delete them from the Google server. It's called Notepad, not notes. It came with my phone. It's not an app you can find in the Playstore. The page that's coming up says Hello there, we're excited to have you on board and says Continue at the bottom. Usually I can bypass this page by hitting the back button and then it goes to my notes. Now ( as of today) that's not working.

I'm trying to access the Samsung Notes app on my Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360, however, the majority of the time the app closes automatically a few seconds after I open it up.
