BMW S1000RR is a race oriented sport bike initially made by BMW Motorrad to compete in the 2009 Superbike World Championship, [1] that is now in commercial production. It was introduced in Munich in April 2008, [ 2 ] and is powered by a 999 cc (61.0 cu in) transverse inline four-cylinder engine redlined at 14,200 rpm.

The partially faired motorcycle is technically based on the S1000R naked bike and is marketed by the manufacturer as an "Adventure Sport Bike". [ 6 ]

[2] The air/oil-cooled flat-twin (boxer) engine produces 80 kW (109 hp) and features dual overhead camshafts.
The Ducati Desmosedici RR is a limited production road-legal version of the Desmosedici MotoGP racebike. In 2004, Ducati announced at the Misano circuit at the World Ducati Week that a low volume road replica of the Desmosedici would be available for reservations beginning in June 2006.
Designed by Helmut Jahn and Kara Mann, the building is a 73-story, 832-foot (253.6 m) tall tower located at 1000 South Michigan Avenue. Construction on 1000M began in December of 2019 but was halted for a time due to the COVID-19 pandemic .
