Wishbone is an American live-action children's television series that aired from 1995 to 1997 and originally broadcast on PBS. It is about a Jack Russell Terrier dog named Wishbone who daydreams about being the lead character of stories from classic literature.
Soccer (May 17, 1988 – June 26, 2001) was a Jack Russell Terrier and animal actor. [1] A veteran of many television commercials for such companies as Nike Athletics and Mighty Dog Dog Food, he became famous portraying the talking dog Wishbone in the PBS Kids television series of the same name.
Found without his collar, Wishbone is taken to the pound, where he falls in love with a female dog named Rosie. After being rescued, he conspires to lose his collar again to get back to his love.
