    Hello, the current main image (as of 25 may 2022) is misleading because there is a huge red arrow pointing to filum terminale and not actually to the cauda equine. Someone fix pls SKPapillon 19:40, 25 May 2022 (UTC) I changed it so we use the image without the arrow. That is confusing. We really do need a better image.
