Itochu Techno-Solutions Co., Ltd. (伊藤忠テクノソリューションズ株式会社, Itōchū Tekuno-soryūshonzu Kabushiki-gaisha, abbreviated CTC) is a Japanese systems integrator based in Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda, Tokyo. It is a publicly traded subsidiary of Itochu Corporation.
Itochu, which historically supplied Kawasaki with raw materials, became the main general trading company for the combined group. [3] The group's presidents began regular Sankin-kai (三金会) meetings in 1971. Also in that year, the group's name developed from the merger of Dai-Ichi Bank and Nippon Kangyo Bank. [1]
It was established in 1918 as Itochu Shoten, Ltd. in a spin-off of certain sales divisions of C. Itoh & Co. into a separate entity. Itochu Shoten merged with Itoh Chobei Shoten in 1921 to form Marubeni Shoten, Ltd. under the leadership of Chobei Itoh IX. [ 3 ]

Brunei Methanol Company (BMC) is a national petrochemical facility situated at the Sungai Liang Industrial Park (SPARK) in Sungai Liang, Brunei [2] jointly owned by Japan's Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company (50%), ITOCHU Corporation (25%) and Mirkhas (25%), a company incorporated under the purview of the Strategic Development Capital Fund, a trust sub-fund of the Government of Brunei.
