Iginio Straffi (born May 30, 1965) is an Italian animator and former comic book author. [1] He is the founder and president of Rainbow SpA, which he co-owned alongside the American media company Paramount Global from 2011 [2] until 2023.
The studio is best known for animating Rick and Morty, Teen Titans Go!, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and The Dragon Prince. On October 5, 2015, Bardel was purchased by Rainbow S.p.A. , [ 3 ] an Italian studio owned by Iginio Straffi and formerly co-owned by Paramount Global until January 2023.
