Augustine Zhao Rong (Chinese name: 趙榮; 赵荣; Zhào Róng; 1746–1815) was a Chinese Catholic priest who was martyred in 1815. He was canonized by Pope John Paul II on October 1, 2000, as one of the 120 Martyrs of China .

Mark Ji Tianxiang was beatified on 24 November 1946 by Pope Pius XII along with 120 other Chinese martyrs, including Augustine Zhao Rong, and canonized by Pope John Paul II on 1 October 2000. [7] [5] [9] [10]

The same is true of Joseph Yuan, who was also converted at that time, was ordained a priest and arrested in 1816 after evangelizing a vast region; he was strangled on June 24, 1817.
