East Lake (or East Lake Park) is an unincorporated community in Hillsborough County, Florida, United States. It is combined with Orient Park to form the census-designated place of East Lake-Orient Park. According to Rand McNally in 2002, the population estimate for the community was 3,400. The community is served by ZIP Code 33610.
East Lake was one of the last libraries built in a library 'building boom' that Minneapolis experienced starting in 1905 and ending in 1937. [4] The first East Lake remained until the mid-1970s when the need for a new, larger library grew. By 1974 East Lake was circulating 121,459 items and fielding tens of thousands of reference questions. [5]

Lincoln Park in Los Angeles, California, was originally created by the City of Los Angeles in 1881 from land donated by John Strother Griffin. It was one of Los Angeles's first parks. Eastlake Zoo, opened in Eastlake Park (renamed Lincoln Park in 1917) in 1885. [4] The second zoo, Griffith Park Zoo, opened in 1912 and was located about two miles (3.2 km) south of the current zoo site until it was closed in August 1966.
