The Clermont County Public Library is a public library system in Clermont County, Ohio, located east of Hamilton County and within the greater Cincinnati area. There are ten library branches in the system: Amelia , Batavia , Bethel , Felicity , Goshen , Milford , New Richmond , Owensville , Union Township , and Williamsburg .

Wanting to give the books a permanent home, club member, Mrs. Alice Cooper leased a lot on DeSoto near the current City Hall in downtown Clermont and for $600 the library construction was secured. The financial support initially came from the local Clermont Woman's Club, who were also the first librarians to manage the circulating books.
In 1994, the Heritage and Local History Library moves into a new building, rue Bardoux. It will be moved in 2024 in the listed 18th century Hôtel-Dieu hospital building to create a new 11000m2 Clermont Auvergne Metropolitan Library with an outdoor reading garden.
