Nikki Baby is the boat but FRATT HOUSE is the team. He will be selling his boat and borrowed a friends boat for the tournament. Caught 3 on Friday....84, 68 and who cares. :) JODIE LYNN had a 73 and 48(I think) to take 2nd place. FRATT HOUSE won $44K and JODIE LYNN was right at $40K I think. There were several 50 and 60 lb fish.
Have some friends (7 total plus the wife and I) coming in from S. Fla. that want to go to St. Augustine for a boat trip up from Palm Coast. I'll be picking up the tab - going to kill a day on a little cruise up there and a stop at Matanza's. My favorite place in St. Augustine to tie up has always been the City Municipal Marina. Walking distance to old town and many bars close by... The Conch has lost a lot of shine over the years... This is the second big fight at Raggae Sunday, NFL player hit someone last year there when his entourage got into it with security..

There hasn't been any 100 lbers caught in the Conch House tournament yet. Last years winner had a 94.68 aggregate of 2 fish. This is a 2 fish tournament. Might not sound impressive but you have to catch the biggest agg on tournament day. Our teams biggest fish in that tournament was 66 but we couldn't back it up with another nice fish that day.
33 Conch trip boat was getting .8 in that 15mph +/- range which is what I consider the best test for efficiently... its the HS troll speed and the kiss of death for a stepped boat. 36 INV was getting 1mpg in the same range. 36 INV was also extremely planted in a turn and in any direction in a confused 3-4.

I have owned all the top boats you can buy in the 27- 29 foot class their is no comparison 27 conch is by far the best riding and driest boats you will find.Norm builds a great boat but i would go for a Conch hands down.The 27 Conch is a better riding boat then most 31ft boats out there.
