Agile unified process (AUP) is a simplified version of the rational unified process (RUP) developed by Scott Ambler. [1] It describes a simple, easy to understand approach to developing business application software using agile techniques and concepts yet still remaining true to the RUP.
Academic Studies classes are the academic portion of AUP. In general, AUP programs are structured around general courses, typically at the beginning of the AUP program, and elective courses that allow for a specialty or concentration. Students are required to take three general courses, a leadership capstone, and at least one elective.
