Kelly Rowland is an American singer who began her career with the R&B girl group Destiny's Child, one of the world's best-selling girl groups of all time. [1] During the group's hiatus, Rowland released her debut solo album Simply Deep in 2002, which included the worldwide number-one single "Dilemma" with American rapper Nelly, and "Stole". which reached the top 10 in several countries.

Ms. Kelly is the second solo studio album by American recording artist Kelly Rowland. It was released on June 20, 2007, through Columbia Records in collaboration with Music World Entertainment . Originally titled My Story and expected for a mid-2006 release, the album marked Rowland's first solo studio album in four years.
In July 2007, Rowland released her first DVD titled BET Presents Kelly Rowland, which celebrates the release Ms. Kelly and features an interview with Rowland about the album's production, footage of her time with Destiny's Child, live performances and music videos.
