ATT Cellular Bait and Switch. We were sold ATT cellular at $120 p/m for 4 lines and new iPhones included. We were happy with T Mobile at $170 but saving $50 per month and getting new phones is a good deal. After several weeks of hell it’s apparent that the sales rep lied through his teeth.

ATT is the forever internet provider for our family. ATT is my preferred network ever and this has been chosen because of my long-time affiliation to it. On top of that choice, I am blessed to have had my ACP transferred to it.

I bought a new Galaxy S24 but wanted to use it on another network other than AT&T, but disappointedly AT&T would not unlock this device until after 6 months of active usage on their network. Their reasoning was that it was for my own protection.
