A win user logon is/can be separate from any other MS Account, and is not any GoDaddy account. From the standard win user account the only MS Apps you can use are those included in Win10, eg NotePad/WordPad/Win10 Mail app etc. Contributor since 2006. My Microsoft 365 account is via Godaddy. when I enter my Godaddy MS 365 password, it is not recognized. When I tried selecting my password to login, it takes me to my office account with Godaddy. I typically login with my PIN and cannot get the option to login with my password for windows 11. I have no option to login with a local password.
So, currently, we have our email accounts hosted through Go Daddy. We didn't want to use Go Daddy's Business Professional option for Microsoft Office products as it is double the price of ordering through Microsoft directly. Meaning we have a separate subscription for our M365 accounts that gives us access to the Office products. This works well.
