Commerce Manager is the central tool for all of your online selling activity across Facebook and Instagram. From here, you can manage your product catalogs, set up a shop, view sales activity and enable checkout if your business is eligible.
You don’t need a shop to use Commerce Manager. However, if you sell physical products, you can choose to set up a shop on Facebook, Instagram or both. This creates a commerce account for you and unlocks additional tools in Commerce Manager.
Go to Commerce Manager to view the commerce accounts and catalogs you have access to or create a new one. If you don’t see your commerce account or catalog, you might need to choose a different business portfolio.
Log in to Commerce Manager. Click Get started under Get started with Shops. Decide how you want to manage your shop. Select where you want your customers to complete their purchase: your website, message or checkout on Facebook or Instagram.

To set up a shop with checkout in Commerce Manager, you must create a commerce account. This includes providing some business information, adding a catalogue and settings, and setting up payouts.
In Commerce Manager, you can set up and customize your shop, manage your catalog, create collections of featured items, view shop insights and more. If you make your shop visible on Instagram, you can also tag products in your posts and stories.
To deactivate your commerce account: Go to Commerce Manager and select your shop. In the left-hand menu, select Settings, then Business assets. Navigate to Commerce Merchant Settings; Click Disconnect. Enter your Facebook password and click Confirm. Choose an option from the Reason for deactivating account dropdown, or provide your own.
