Meadville Medical Center Health System, commonly referred to locally as simply "MMC", is a non-profit community health system located in Meadville, Pennsylvania. The health system serves the more than 75,000 residents of Crawford County, Pennsylvania , along with 150,000 additional residents in the greater northwestern Pennsylvania region.
The township is in southeastern Crawford County, bordered to the south by Venango County.It includes the unincorporated hamlet of Troy Center. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 31.7 square miles (82.2 km 2), of which 31.7 square miles (82.1 km 2) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km 2), or 0.14%, is water.
Crawford County is a county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.As of the 2020 census, the population was 83,938. [2] Its county seat is Meadville. [3] The county was created on March 12, 1800, from part of Allegheny County and named for Colonel William Crawford. [4]
