The Winchester Model 1887 and Winchester Model 1901 are lever-action shotguns designed by American gun designer John Browning and produced by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The shotgun became well-known due to its use in the 1991 film Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

Modern reproductions are chambered for 12 gauge smokeless shells, while the Winchester Model 9410 shotgun is available in .410 bore.

From 1883, John Browning worked in partnership with the Winchester Repeating Arms Company and designed a series of rifles and shotguns, most notably the Winchester Model 1885 Single Shot, Winchester Model 1887 lever-action shotgun, Model 1897 pump-action shotgun; and the lever-action Model 1886, Model 1892, Model 1894 and Model 1895 rifles.
Other Long guns, such as 1884 Colt Lightning slide-action rifles and Winchester 1887 lever-action shotguns are also allowed. Both original and reproduction guns are acceptable. All CAS handguns must be "single-action", meaning that the hammer must be manually cocked before each shot can be fired. [2]
