The governor of Maguindanao (Maguindanaon: Mapulu na dairat sa Magindanaw; Filipino: Punong Panlalawigan ng Maguindanao), was the chief executive of the provincial government of Maguindanao. The position was abolished in 2022, when the province was split into Maguindanao del Norte and Maguindanao del Sur.

On August 14, 2023, Sinsuat vacated her position as vice governor and revived her claim as the legitimate acting governor of Maguindanao del Norte once again citing a June Supreme Court ruling.
