Philipsburg Osceola Senior High School is a public high school located in the borough of Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, USA. The school serves students from most of western Centre County, as well as Decatur and Boggs Townships in Clearfield County. The school's mascot is the mounties or mountaineers.
The Philipsburg-Osceola Area Junior High, originally serving as North Lincoln Hill, was constructed in 1963 and was last renovated and modified in 2012-2014. The junior high is located at 200 Short Street in Phillipsburg Boro.
This district was created by the joining of Osceola High School and Philipsburg High School. It encompasses approximately 222 square miles (570 km 2). According to 2000 federal census data, it serves a resident population of 14,228. By 2010, the Philipsburg-Osceola Area School District's population grew to 15,410 people. [1]
