Donaldson is located in southern Hot Spring County at (34.237169, -92.921177), [4] in the valley of the Ouachita River, which passes 2 miles (3 km) west of the U.S. Route 67 runs through the northern side of the community, leading northeast 11 miles (18 km) to Malvern, the county seat, and southwest 14 miles (23 km) to Arkadelphia.
Kingston is a former town that was originally in Fresno County, until 1909 when that territory south of Kings River was transferred to Kings County, California. [1] It was located on the south bank of the Kings River 8.5 miles (13.7 km) northwest of Hanford at Whitmore's Ferry.
