David D. Hale (United States, November 22, 1951 – October 19, 2015) was an American economist and author. He was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations , [ 1 ] and a recipient of the William F Butler Award from the National Association for Business Economics . [ 2 ]
Hale graduated from Menifee County High School in 1974. [2] Until his retirement in 2004, Hale was employed by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources at the Minor Clark State Fish Hatchery. [1] Hale identifies with the Church of God, and serves the senior pastor of The Korea Church of God in Wellington, Kentucky. [2]
