   The so called suppliers. So, don’t start any illegal streaming sites and you’ll be fine. Lawmakers decided, and rightly so, that penalizing consumers for watching content that’s available for anyone to consume is not a realistic means of mitigating piracy. If people want to watch a movie, then they’ll pay for it.
