I currently have 66 downloaded puzzle packs (in the Downloaded Puzzles folder under Local State), but I cannot see all of them when I click on "Classic Jigsaw" in the app. Sometimes I see 42 puzzle packs, other times I only see 12. I am running the Premium version 2.1.7200.0 on Windows 10.
14 October 2017. My hard drive died suddenly and I lost all of my Microsoft jigsaw puzzles. When I downloaded the game into my new hard drive and logged on, my points were there. Is there any way to recover the puzzles I've already downloaded without having to 'buy' them again? I am running the most recent version of Windows 10.

Help. I downloaded Rivers, have completed five puzzles and now I cannot locate the puzzle. Have over 212,000 points.
I have downloaded a large number of puzzles and paid with points and now they are gone. Several days ago I was not able to play either Microsoft Solitaire or Jigsaw and had to go through a troubleshooting process to make it work again. The App troubleshooter said that the Store cache was corrupted and needed to be repaired.
On Sunday, May 24th when I opened my Microsoft Jigsaw I noticed my personal (purchased) jigsaw collection was missing. My entire collection of jigsaw puzzles are gone (both finished puzzles and ones not completed). Everything was fine the day prior.
Since I access Microsoft Jigsaw my desktop computer, I don't have an app. It's a downloaded program. I have uninstalled the program, downloaded and installed a new version, but the results were the same. The "Classic Jigsaw" screen has been changed and it only gives me access to two of my previously downloaded collections.
