Two Dreams) is a 1974 Indian Kannada-language romantic drama film directed by the duo Dorai–Bhagavan, and is based on the novel of the same name by Vani. [1] [2] The film stars Rajkumar, Kalpana and Manjula. The film was a musical blockbuster with all the songs composed by Rajan–Nagendra considered evergreen hits.
Rajan–Nagendra made songs in the Rajkumar-Lakshmi Naa Ninna Mareyalaare and Eradu Kanasu, which starred Rajkumar, Manjula and Kalpana. Hombisilu, starring Vishnuvardhan, was another big hit. Rajan–Nagendra also did a series of films starring Anant Nag, and Lakshmi, notable among them being Naa Ninna Bidalaare, Benkiya Bale and Chandanada Gombe.
Dr. Rajkumar receives the Kentucky Colonel, the highest title of honor bestowed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He remains the only Indian actor to receive the honor. Singanalluru Puttaswamaiah Muthuraj (24 April 1929 – 12 April 2006), [1] better known by his stage name Dr. Rajkumar, was an Indian actor and singer who worked in Kannada cinema.

The team of the Kannada movie Daredevil Musthafa released an animation song as a tribute to Rajkumar based on the popular theatre song Ninnanthor Yaaru Ilvallo composed by B. V. Karanth in the honour of Mysore King Kanthirava Narasaraja I whose role was portrayed by Rajkumar in the 1960 movie Ranadheera Kanteerava. [194]
Jeevana Chaitra (transl. Life Spring) is a 1992 Indian Kannada language film directed by the duo Dorai–Bhagavan starring Rajkumar and Madhavi. It marked the re-entry of Rajkumar in films after a hiatus of three years, and was an instant hit. The film is based on the Kannada novel Vyapthi Prapthi written by Vishalakshi Dakshinamurthy. [2]
