    Well, I kinda have to disagree a bit there. Gouken was a Street Fighter character LONG BEFORE Gouki/Akuma was made. He was introduced in the Street Fighter II manga by Masahiko Nakahira long before Super Turbo was made and then canonize into the series' backstory in Akuma's backstory.
