Still you can manage your albums by creating new or by editing the existing one. Edit an album or create a new one. I purchased a new computer. Everything transferred smoothly. Except now when I go to my Photos app is doesn't show the albums I created, also there is no way to create any new albums. The task bar does not give that option. I have pasted photos of both below. How to I get the options I had on my old computer onto my new one?
I want the photos from "Photos" to sync to my picture folder like they use to and be available in File Explorer. I can't find any settings that allows you to manage your pictures that are stored on photos.onedrive.com it seems to only be web based and complete useless to me.

Hi passegua I am Dave, I will help you with this. if you have set OneDrive to sync data and to store the data on your PC as well as on the cloud, then the protos should be in your Pictures Library folder in your user profile folder.
A. Does double clicking the file opens those pictures? If yes, you can follow below to show thumbnails 1. I am assuming that in File Explorer > View > Extra large icons. large icons or medium icons - One of them is checked, As these are only views which would show a thumbnail of picture.
