Bath County is a United States county located in the Shenandoah Valley on the central western edge of the Commonwealth of Virginia. As of the 2020 census, the population was 4,209, [1] making it the second-least populous county in Virginia. Bath's county seat is Warm Springs, [2] while the largest community is Hot Springs.
The buildings were ordered closed by Bath County in October 2017 due to their becoming a safety hazard. [7] The owner, The Omni Homestead Resort, announced the rehabilitation of the Warm Springs Pools. [8] Work began on the rehabilitation of the Warm Springs Pools in 2021, partnering with 3North Architects and Lionberger Construction.
