Pune district is a district in state of Maharashtra in India. There are 15 talukas (talukas) in Pune district (including 2 city talukas). The 15 talukas are divided into following 5 district subdivisions.

According to practical purposes, PMR comprises two Municipal Corporations of PMC, PCMC and three Cantonment Boards, spread over an area of 7,256.46 km 2. [1] [5] [6] The population of the region as per 2011 census was 7,541,946. [3]
