After you have Boeing internal access you can set up a password to access worklife from outside of the Boeing system. The outside version does not give you access to everything, but you can do ETS, see paystubs, W-2, most benefits, etc.
Email/call your manager and ask them to request to add your personal email for password reset purposes on worklife. I had the same issue last year and the worklife help desk took one hour on the phone and told me they couldn’t do anything to help. Your manager can give you access in 10 min from their end.

For those saying is on Total Access (or Worklife), my experience is that it isn’t for former employees. I was looking for mine after I left late last year. I had to wait for it in the mail. I’d reach out to Boeing to see about sending another. (Caveat: not sure what the process is for this, so take this advice with a grain of salt.)

PTO is around 160 hours per year after working for -only- twenty years. You can hold up to 324 as a maximum balance, but you are only earning 27 days - 216 hours at the ten year mark. Per the schedule no one earns 324 hours a year, but some can hold as much as 384 hours in their bank. Well non union.
