Please don't donate to Kars4Kids. We donated our old car to Kars4Kids without doing enough research. Turns out the jingle is the least offensive part. K4K and their subsidiaries have been fined repeatedly for failing to disclose the religious nature of their org. Also, they invested their money in a Ponzi scheme.
In fact you mentioned religion tbf by bringing up that K4K is a Jewish charity. I agree its bit deceptive to be a Jewish religious charity and not tell people, but acting like this is a total deal breaker and people wouldnt support a charity because it benefits jews is pretty damn anti-semetic.
Kars 4 Kids is a charity organization which accepts donations of used cars. This sort of thing is a common way for people to get rid of non-working cars, since they'll just come and tow it away without a hassle. Look elsewhere if you want to retain your sanity when donating your car. I wouldn't donate a car to them based entirely off their radio ad. It's the most obscenely annoying ad I've ever listened to. "Call 1800 kars4kids, that's k a r s kars for kids" repeated 57 times. It may be petty but it is what it is.

Almost all Kars-4-Kids profits go to its sister charity, Oorah, which spends the money on summer camps for Orthodox Jewish kids and promoting the Orthodox Jewish lifestyle. Not All. I have worked for a veteran owned and ran car donation charity. Actually very cool seeing what is provided to veterans as a result of the cars donated. Housing, appliances, car repairs, actual cars going to the veterans. Kars4kids is terrible. It's a scam to fund the Orthodox Jewish familes involved in the organization only.
