    My armpit has been aching for a few weeks now. I actually had what I thought was an impinged shoulder back in June from swimming, so I thought the armpit pain was associated with that. Shoulder is better but armpit pain is not going away.

    I have been experiencing armpit pain for about 4 months. The pain has gotten progessively worse. It feels as though I have been innoculated. Sometimes it just feels like there is crumbled paper under my armpit and I have to air out my armpit by flapping it once or twice and the discomfort goes away.

    March 2017 edited August 2021. I had a core needle biopsy just over 6 months ago. My diagnosis was mastitis and I spent 20 days on antibiotics and seemed to get better. Six months later I'm still having problems. My breast is so sore and tender that it is impacting my daily life. It hurts when my kids hug me.

    on Friday I had an MRI due to some ongoing armpit pain and swelling as well as breast pain. I was told 2-3 days for results. I was doing well on Friday, not as well yesterday, and now today I can barely keep it together. I’m petrified of what the test could show.
