Some people don't like change. Change is the only constant in our world today. Nothing stays the same. My dad lived to be just shy of 92, dying this past Christmas. He received bank statements, utility bills, etc, via email and figured it out easy enough and he wasn't technology-savvy.

Today I received a letter from Synchrony advising that mid-September, the monthly finance charge rate is increasing from 24% to 34.99% for my QVC card!!!!!!!!!!! I believe the current rate of 24% is outrageous; however, having - basically - $35 of each $100 of my monthly payment going to SYNCHRONY ...

Anyone else hear from Synchrony? 05-28-2024 01:38 PM. Received a letter from Synchrony bank stating a change to my Q Card Account Agreement. In addition to raising APR , Penalty APR, and Returned Payment Fee they will now be charging $1.99 per month for the convenience of sending a paper statement.

Synchrony bank s ucks. When we got our new JC Penny card they were the new bank. Lacked sending out bills on time, then charging us late fees. We just ended up paying it to stop the hassle. Now we just use our Bank of America card. Never a problem with them. Will never do business with Synchrony. Their scum reputation is well deserved.
