Not getting advertised speed. I signed up for the 1200 mbps plan but I am not receiving anything close to that speed. My speed fluctuates from 200 mbps to around 400 mbps. I have tried all of the recommended tips for increasing speed and nothing works. I also tried to adjust the settings on my my Xfinity Gateway, but most options are grayed out.
I don't know what the advanced tech supported did in the backend, after several restarts and re-provisioning, the modem: CODA56 finally worked and got 300 mbps upload. I have an Internet only plan with Xfinity. I originally had 300 mbps plan but over the past 2 years was upgraded to 600 mbps (paid for this) then updated to 800 mbps and then 900 mbps for free. When I was updated to 600 mbps and ran SpeedTest I would get 600+ mbps all the time at the Ethernet ports.

400 Mbps plan but getting just under 300 Mbps. We recently recieved an email from Xfinity saying. We're excited to share that we've increased your download speeds from 300 Mbps to 400 Mbps. (Xfinity app also shows this as out current plan)
I just upgraded my plan as I was tired of having 20 mbps uploads, which I had assumed was due to having a plan with 35 mbps upload. So I upgraded to the 2 gigabit plan (which shows 2k mb down, 300 mb up). Now my download is killing it, speedtest.net shows it at a 2300+ mbps rating, but my upload is still stuck at/under 20.

Internet speed suppose to be around 1000mbps but get 20mbps - 300mbps. I pay for 1000 mbps speed and get anywhere between 20-300 mbps with connected Ethernet cable.
