Pati Hill (April 3, 1921 - September 19, 2014) was an American writer and photocopy artist known for her observational style of prose and her work with the IBM photocopier. [1]
Patty developed the Patty Hill blocks and in 1924 helped create the Institute of Child Welfare Research at Columbia University Teachers College. [2] The Patty Hill blocks were large blocks with which children could create giant constructions. She was a member, President, and lifetime support of the Association for Childhood Education International.
