A cusper is a person born near the end of one generation and the beginning of another. People born in these circumstances tend to have a mix of characteristics common to their adjacent generations, but do not closely resemble those born in the middle of their adjacent generations, and thus these cusper groups can be considered micro generations.
Xennials are the micro-generation of people on the cusp of the Generation X and Millennial demographic cohorts. Many researchers and popular media use birth years from 1977 to 1983, [1] though some extend this further in either direction. [2] [3] Xennials are described as having had an analog childhood and a digital young adulthood.
The cohorts born during the cusp years before and after millennials have been identified as "microgenerations" with characteristics of both generations. Names given to these cuspers include Xennials, [78] Generation Catalano, [79] the Oregon Trail Generation; [80] Zennials [81] and Zillennials, [82] respectively.

Most importantly, Generation X entered the workforce at a time when technology had not yet made possible the notion of being ‘on call’ 24/7 (sorry, millennials).

If you were born on the cusp, your birth chart may show a combination of two signs that blur the astrological boundaries. Although your sun sign is important, there are other factors to consider.
Zillennials, or Zennials, is a social cohort encompassing people born on the cusp of, or during the latter years of the Millennial generation and the early years of Generation Z. [1] Their adjacency between the two generations and limited age set has led to their characterization as a "micro-generation".
