The Raid 2 (Indonesian: The Raid 2: Berandal, lit. 'thug'; Japanese: ザ・レイド Gokudo, lit. 'gangster'), [5] [6] [7] also known as The Raid: Retaliation, is a 2014 Indonesian action thriller film written, directed and edited by the Welsh filmmaker Gareth Evans.
