How do I delete the Opera browser from my PC? I have tried several methods to delete and it does not delete.
With this you can clear Opera's browsing data manually, but @myrtis' feature request is about an automatic deletion, when closing the browser. I would also appreciate that function, as I am one of those users who always have to delete the browser cache manually at the end of each session, because this option is missing.
Just switched to Opera and am loving the intuitiveness!! Main Q. I accidentally imported all saved passwords from Edge browser to Opera and I wish to delete all of them and start from scratch. I am slowly transitioning to Opera and only wish to migrate what is necessary. Is the only way to do it, to start with another email address?

I have been playing around with Opera for awhile, off and on, and have decided to make it my default browser. I would like to delete all my Opera bookmarks at one fell swoop, and then import my most up-to-date bookmarks from Safari. I can't figure out how to do so. Any advice greatly appreciated.
The com.opera.browser account is just that, even though the browser App hasn't been granted any permissions it somehow overrides (hi-jacks) the security settings of my tablet that I'm the owner, user and administrator of and installed a "locked" unauthorized account that can't simply be uninstalled!
However, the file is protected by a key to prevent tampering. If you edit the file and don't generate the correct key based on the new contents of the file (the exact way Opera does), Opera will delete the file and recreate it with the default values. So, you're out of luck unless you figure out how Opera does it.
