The Thunderbird email app on the tablet, which has worked with my Comcast email for years, was not able to access my Comcast email, either at the restaurant or at home. This is for my secondary account. I use iPhone Mail, and MS Outlook, and the Xfinity Website. I have reset my password and updated my email client. When I try to open my email on the Xfinity website it just spins.

Finally called Comcast tiday and got the royal runaround - it is your computer manufacturer's problem. I happen to do a lot of contract work and have multiple computers from Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc - same problem on all of them. Comcast rep escalated the issue but I don;t have much faith it will be resolved.
