Apple support and others couldn't help, and thanks to Omar, it was solved. I thought of moving to a different browser; however, my shortcuts and everything will be changed in time. I hope they release a fix soon, but we don’t need to be moved it is not worth it. it does take on a release being sent out and need to have them off.

My safari history won’t clear I wanted to clear my safari history, as it gets in my nerves when it isn’t clear. I went to clear it, however the button is greyed out, and I can’t press it. When I go to settings the clear history button doesn’t work either.
safari needs to be on private iPad Pro 4th gen, a couple of months old. Certain sites (not all) won't open (blank window) in Safari in normal mode. I can open the sites in private mode, but I want to be in normal mode. I don't have this problem on my old iPad or my wife's iPad Pro 2nd gen.
Safari appears to me to be corrupted in some way on my 2009 iMac running OS X10.8.5 with Safari 6.2.5. However, my wife's MacBook Pro and MackBook Air running the very same OS X and Safari versions is having NO trouble. This tells me that the issue is only with my iMac's Safari program.
