Freiburg Airport is an airport situated in the northwestern part of Freiburg, in the southwest of Germany.It is one of the oldest aerodromes in Germany. The airfield is home to Freiburg and Kirchzarten based gliding club Breisgauverein für Segelflug (BVS), which has also constructed the airfield and the facilities in the 70s.
