Chapter V is the fifth studio album by American rock band Staind. It was released on August 9, 2005, and debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 with first week sales of 185,000 copies, and spawned a hit single along with three moderately successful singles on rock radio. [ 3 ]

Staind is the seventh studio album by American rock band Staind, released on September 13, 2011. It was released as a download, a standard CD and a limited deluxe digipak edition, which contains a DVD documenting the recording process of the album, plus two live bonus tracks (Live in Houston) for the European digipak release. "Right Here" is the first single from Staind's fifth album Chapter V in 2005. "Right Here" has been Staind's third-most successful single chartwise (the first two being 2001's "It's Been Awhile" and 2003's "So Far Away"), peaking at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart, as the previous two singles had also done.
The song has an angry and violent tone to its lyrics and rhythm, possibly making "King of All Excuses" one of Staind's few heavy singles and overall heaviest song on Chapter V. The lyrics reveal the certain person Aaron Lewis singles out and addresses during the song as a pathological liar that negatively took advantage of his trust and friendship.
