Healthcare Solutions Team (HST) is based out of IL and First Family Insurance out of FL. They both are captive but have some of the top carries for health and ancillary. They have a free lead platform for agents with mid contracts to start off. I talked to recruiters from both companies but wanted to see if anyone on here could provide feedback ...
Amerilife won't release you. If you don't like their service you will have to stop writing business for a year. Am I correct:err: Recently having escaped from Amerilife and them still holding my appointments. I'd have to say yes. I signed a payment plan for my "negative balance" and have yet to...
I was told you don't officially own your book until 5 years. If you can share your experience please. I am just looking for an FMO/IMO that will offer great support. For example training, contracting, leads.

My manager is #3 in the entire company not even 3 years in.
Considering moving from P&C to healthcare and they look promising. Thanks in advance.
I am currently working for Insphere, yeah I know your favorite GA. Today I was approached by another GA called Healthcare Solutions Team, which seems a better deal for me comp-wise than Insphere. Have any of you heard anything about them, good or bad? Thanks!
