The program of Scouts Canada is administered through councils, (previously referred to as regions which reported to the Provincial Council, when Scouts Canada was a federated structure) with each council covering a geographic area that may vary from a census metropolitan area (CMA) in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, to an entire province, the case with most councils.
All fraternities had different rules and rites, but they all appear to have been complex. Phi Kappa Pi (ΦΚΠ) is a Canadian national fraternity. Founded on March 22, 1913, as Canada's only national fraternity, Phi Kappa Pi has active chapters in Burnaby, Halifax, Toronto, and Montreal, as well as six inactive chapters. There are alumni chapters associated with most undergraduate locations, as well as a National Council.
