    It says "refrigerate after opening, and consume within 8 weeks". My mayonnaise bottle has similar BB shelf life (unopened), and says "refrigerate after opening, and consume within 3 months". So if anything, it would seem that (commercially produced) mayo lasts slightly longer than salad cream.
