"Dandelion" is a song by the English rock band the Rolling Stones, written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, and first released as a B-side to "We Love You" in August 1967. As recently as October 2023 [ 6 ] Keith Richards confirmed that John Lennon and Paul McCartney sing backing vocals. [ 7 ]
Two weeks later this single was released the United States, but with "Dandelion" promoted as the A side; "Dandelion" reached number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100, whereas "We Love You" only got as high as 50. [14] "We Love You" also charted within the top 10 on singles charts in Germany, Austria, Sweden, and Norway.
